3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for products are subject to adjustment without prior notice due to international foreign exchange rates and official brand price revisions. We support Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and certified SSLCommerz card payments across Bangladesh.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries within Dhaka arrive within 24 to 48 hours, while outside Dhaka deliveries reach any of the 64 districts within 2 to 3 business days. Customers are requested to verify their order contents upon handover by courier personnel.

5. Official Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranties include authorized service support in Bangladesh. Warranty does not cover accidental liquid damage, physical breakage, or unauthorized third-party rooting/flashing.
