If you discover an out-of-the-box hardware manufacturing defect within 7 days of receiving your device, Gadgetizzle will replace the product with an identical brand-new unit at zero replacement cost.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for replacement, the device must be in original condition with the original manufacturer box, intact IMEI/serial tags, user manuals, and all included accessories (cables, adapters). Products with physical drops, liquid spillage, or third-party unauthorized software modifications are not eligible.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

In cases where an exact replacement model is out of stock, customers may select an alternate device or request a full monetary refund. Refunds are issued through the original payment channel (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.
